Independent variable: light intensity
Dependent variable: oxygen bubbles
Control variables: volume of water, CO2 Level, nutrients, size of glass and plant
Evaluate the experiment: This experiment shows that with more light, more oxygen bubbles are produced, so therefore more photosynthesis is happening. However at a specific point it levels out as the maximum level of photosynthesis has been reached. Reliability: We repeated the experiment 3 times each, which means that it is reliable. However we measured the lux with different phones and therefore got different lux results for the same light intensity.
validity: Our experiment isn't precise as we could have made mistakes counting or we had different conditions.
precision: We had different lux numbers and therefore couldn't say exactly how high our light intensity was.
anolmalies: The graph isn't correct. What we should see is a constant increase, which then gradually levels out.
